BestJunior will also be awarding each junior that completed the year #1 in each state with a BestJunior Certificate of Accomplishment, as well as the top 10 Juniors in each group with a BestJunior Certificate of Accomplishment.
Extra special rosettes will be awarded to the #1 Juniors in each Group in addition to the #1 Overall Junior, based on all-points:
