With our members numbering over 800, the rules are being modified to make sure this board continues to provide a forum to hold discussions, pass on information and generally have fun!

The rules are as follows:

1. Do not be rude. (This encompasses a wide range of comments, statements and responses)
2. Do not verbally attack someone (on the Message Board or in a Personnel Message)
3. Do not bring someone’s personal life or past into a discussion in a negative way.
4. Keep the board, subjects, posts, threads, signatures, avatars, links and photos appropriate (remember this is a Junior Showmanship Forum and juniors now range from 9 yrs old and up to 18)
5. All comments directed specifically toward another person (junior, handler, exhibitor, and judge) or dog must remain positive or neutral.

GUIDELINE TO REMEMBER: If you would not want to read the comment you are about to post, directed at yourself or your dog, then DON'T POST IT!!!!

Because of some recent 'posts' which have accelerated rapidly into 'altercations', the following guidelines now apply:

ANYONE, let me make this perfectly clear, ANYONE directly involved with a 'conversation' that becomes disruptive, then starts developing into an altercation with name calling, finger pointing, criticizing or accusations, be it the originator (of the first inflametory remark), the responder, or another board member commenting, trying to intervene and/or add fuel to the fire, ALL INVOLVED MEMBERS WILL NOW RECEIVE WARNINGS. This policy is being instituted to STOP threads from developing into altercations.

IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE BEING PERSONALLY ATTACKED ON A THREAD REPORT IT TO A MODERATOR AND DO NOT RESPOND

IF YOU SEE A 'PROBLEM' DEVELOPING REPORT THE THREAD TO A MODEATOR, DO NOT GET INVOLVED, COMMENT OR DRAW ATTENTION TO THE PROBLEM/THREAD OR YOU WILL RECEIVE A WARNING


Discipline policy:

¨  1st offense: Warning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
¨  2nd offense: Warning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
¨  3rd offense: 1 day banning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
¨  4th offense: 1 week banning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
¨  5th offense: 1 month banning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
¨  6th offense: Permanent banning (Private Message- contents of post edited/deleted)
